Mr. Jawaid Akhter is a seasoned process safety & HSE professional having over 40 years of working experience with
World reputed Multinational onshore /offshore Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Companies
Mr. Jawaid has worked as a direct hired permanent employee of Petromin Refinery Riyadh Saudi
Arabia, Pakistan Refinery (Shell) Limited Karachi, Eni Pakistan, LASMO Oil, Union Texas Petroleum,
Exxon Chemicals, Dubai Petroleum and ADMA OPCO Abu-Dhabi UAE in process and HSE operations on their Oil & Gas fields.
Mr. Jawaid has vast experience in plant process and HSE Management System. During his 40 years services with various organizations, he played many roles as; Production Engineer Oil & Gas
Operations, HSE Advisor, HSE Operations Team Leader, Plant Commissioning Team Leader, Technical
Trainer and Auditor.
Since 2015, he is working as Managing Director JavTaq International pvt. Limited and conducting
Plant Process and Emergency Response tailored made HSE trainings to Multinational and domestic
companies.
Mr. Jawaid is an active member of Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) on
